POSITIVITY : MEANING OF LIFE

The way we think is the way we feel. People generally think in a negative way and hence start assuming that something wrong may happen which in turn leads to suffer from psychological disorders such as depression,increase in anxiety levels,etc. The only reason behind this is we have placed a platform in our brain and allowed it to think in a negative way. In order to overcome this and to establish new pattern of positive thinking and behaviour, it is not enough to merely make oneself aware that this process is happening in them. One has to make repeated assertions until new patterns overwrite their old scripts.


 Once if we start thinking positively about the meaning of life, we are really "FREE" to decide on our own subjective definition of what a good life is and then do our best to try to live it. The joy of life is to explore our own imaginations, to think, to be, to create, to experience, to do, to simply live a life and realize how lucky we are to be here at all.
